We have a diverse alumni, and while we welcome participants from various backgrounds, our primary focus is on students currently enrolled in college or university. However, we encourage anyone interested to explore the opportunities available.

What is the structure of the programs?

Schmintle programs are structured as immersive, all-in-one learning experiences designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. Each program includes self-paced modules that progressively build your knowledge and role-specific skills. You'll work through practical tasks and guided exercises using our efficient templates and interactive learning portal.

An experienced mentor will be available throughout the program to answer your questions, provide ongoing support, and offer real-time insights into your chosen field. As you advance, you'll complete a capstone project or case study based on real business challenges. This final project is graded by experts, and you’ll receive personalized feedback to strengthen your understanding and portfolio.

In addition, you’ll gain access to career advice, continued learning resources, and the broader Schmintle community, giving you opportunities for long-term growth even after the program ends.

How long does the program take?

Our programs are designed to be flexible while maintaining a structured pace. On average, they take 4 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the stream and your availability.

You have the freedom to choose the cohort that best fits your schedule.

Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor who will guide you, answer questions, and provide feedback as you progress through each stage of the experience.

Can I receive a recommendation after completing a Schmintle Internship?

Yes, participants who successfully complete a Schmintle Internship receive a professional Linkedin recommendation, which can be a valuable addition to your profile. We do not provide recommendations for Insight Day participants.

How long will I have access?

You will have life-time access to your content.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are non-refundable. We don't provide refunds for any payments that have already been made.

Once you have done so, you must email us: recruitment@schmintle.io with proof of enrolment (e-receipt) so your personal supervisor can approve your application and formerly provide you with extra support and resources.
